Store Policies


Accepted methods of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.



Sales Tax. Missouri residents will pay 7.4% sales tax on each order.



Shipping Time. Orders will try to be processed in 1-2 business days from ordering. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 2-6 business days delivery time, once the order is shipped..



Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using UPS Ground Service in the contiguous 48 states, unless special shipping methods are requested. Our shipping costs are a standard flat shipping and handling rate. Alternate shipping method costs will need to quoted on a specific order basis.




Damaged Shipments. If damaged shipments from handling occur, please contact us immediately. Notification must be received within 5 business days from receipt. Please retain all packaging and take pictures, if possible.



Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, contact for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.



Return Merchandise Policy. "EXCHANGES ONLY/NO REFUNDS" All exchanges must be received within 5 business days from the date the product was received. Items must be returned with the original netting and tags. PLEASE NOTE: Only items in new, unused and resaleable condition can be returned for an EXCHANGE ONLY. Should you need to return a helmet please follow the process: 1.) Repackage your helmet with all tags for return to warehouse. 2.) Include a copy of the return form. 3.) Ship to our warehouse at the address on the original package. The replacement process could take up to two (2) weeks for delivery. EXCHANGES: THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE REPLACEMENT SHIPMENT. COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
